海外発送について
海外からのご注文の場合、関税・消費税などが発生する可能性がございます。これらの費用はお客様のご負担となります。
商品代金の支払い時期
■銀行振込みは前払いでお願い致します。
■クレジットカード払いは前払いでお願い致します。
■代金引換をご利用の場合は商品到着時に配送ドライバーにお支払いください。
商品引渡時期
■在庫のあるものは入金確認後3日以内の発送、代金引き換えをご利用の場合は注文後2日以内の発送となります。
■予約・注文品は入荷次第発送させて頂きます。
返品・交換について
1: 商品に問題がある場合
商品の発送に、万全の注意を払っておりますが、万が一お届けした商品が不良品の場合は良品交換させて頂きますので、
商品到着後７日以内に代金着払いで当社宛てにご返送ください。
2: お客様の都合による返品・交換
お客様の都合（色違い・サイズ違い・イメージ違いなど）による返品・交換は原則としてお受けいたしかねますので、ご了承ください。
3: 返品・交換期限
返品・交換は商品到着後７日以内に電話もしくはメールにてお申し込みください。
８日以上経過してからの返品・交換はお受けいたしかねますのでご了承ください。
商品ご使用後の返品・交換もお受けいたしかねますので、そちらも重ねてご了承ください。
4: 返品送料
商品に問題があった場合、及び当方の不手際(色違い・サイズ違いなど)による返品送料は当方で負担させて頂きます。

International Orders & Customs Fees:
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Payment Timing:
■Advance payment is necessary for bank transfer, and credit card payment.
■If you chose C.O.D, please pay delivery driver when receiving the product.
TIMING OF DELIVERY:
■If product is in stock, we will ship within 3days after confirming the payment. When COD, we will ship within 2days after receiving the customer order.
■For preordered/reserved product, we will ship when product becomes available in store.
Return & Exchange Policy:
1) In Case of Defective Product
We pay great attention when shipping the products. However, in case of any defective products, please ship it back to igc within 7days after receiving the product (C.O.D.). We will exchange it with non-defective product.
2) Returning/Redemption Request
We do not accept return/exchange request due to customers preference. (color/size/image gap)
3) Returning/Redemption Period
When you wish to return/exchange product due to defective or igc’s mismanagement, please call or email us within 7days after receiving the product. Any request made after 8days from receipt date cannot be accepted. Please do not return/exchange the product after use.
4) Shipping Charge
In case of product being defective or if igc’s mismanagement occurred(mistake of color/size), postage of return is paid by igc.
